easy to swallow

taste ok and kind of works by giving you a boost that you need

Used for over a week and a definite impact on anxiety

I have severe anxiety and while I hoped for a great improvement using these I was realistic in my expectations. After one week I was feeling significantly less anxious and they really are reducing but not eliminating the dibilitating effects of it. I first checked with the phamacist whether I could or should take them and after I was told they would not interact with my medication I tried them. They have helped a lot so far and I will certainly be considering continuing to take them. Do ensure you check with your GP or pharmacist before taking them but I can recommend their effects as I have felt better.

Helpful so far!

I suffer from anxiety and have quite a stressful job so find relaxing and switching off quite difficult at the end of the working day. However, I've been taking these supplements for the last few days, and had an open mind about their effectiveness. So far, I won't say they've transformed my life, but I certainly feel calmer than I did before I started taking them. I am able to relax more and focus on other things without constantly feeling the need to check work emails for example. I'm going to continue taking these supplements, as so far, I'm happy with the results.

The supplements are easy to swallow and definitely important to take with a full glass of water, as they are a bit larger than a Ibuprofen capsule. I didn't struggle to swallow them, but can see how others might.

UK-made stress relief supplement designed for men! take two capsules per day

With all that's going on in the world these days my son sometimes takes a couple of Kalms at bedtime to help him unwind ! he was pleased to also get the chance to try this stress relief supplement for men. Kalms include Valerian Root Extract as an active ingredient, whereas these capsules by For Chaps Wellnex don't, they do, however, feature a good variety of vitamins and minerals along with herbal supplements such as Rhodiola, Korean Ginseng and Ashwaganda. The bottle contains 60 capsules but as the daily dose is two per day then there is only one months supply for one person for the current price of about a tenner. My son found the capsules fairly easy to swallow and found some benefit when taking them. Could worth trying if you have difficultly sleeping, but other stress relieving sleep aids might prove cheaper! four stars at the price.

Surprisingly, these work

When I saw these I decided to try them, I have a stressful job and find it hard to relax and I don't sleep too well.

After taking these for 4 days I began to feel more relaxed and found that I slept better than normal.

I will be getting these again and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for people who find it hard to relax.
