impressed by these. within days i have noticed a real pick up in mood, energy and general enthusiasm. there are no side effects so far, easy to swallow and no unpleasant taste.

I have severe anxiety and while I hoped for a great improvement using these I was realistic in my expectations. After one week I was feeling significantly less anxious and they really are reducing but not eliminating the dibilitating effects of it. I first checked with the phamacist whether I could or should take them and after I was told they would not interact with my medication I tried them. They have helped a lot so far and I will certainly be considering continuing to take them. Do ensure you check with your GP or pharmacist before taking them but I can recommend their effects as I have felt better.

The bottle contains 60 capsules but as the daily dose is two per day then there is only one months supply for one person for the current price of about a tenner. My son found the capsules fairly easy to swallow and found some benefit when taking them. Could worth trying if you have difficultly sleeping, but other stress relieving sleep aids might prove cheaper! four stars at the price.

These aren't just good for fertility - the combined ingredient are great for maintaining Heath for anyone - with good combination of minerals and other things good for the heart such as COQ10

Got this for my husband as everyday vitamins. Comes in a bottle of 60.
They are not the smallest in size, however it is easy enough to swallow.
I like it that it has a good quantity of different vitamins. Also good price.

I have been using these every day and have to say I have an improved mood, energy levels and generally well being. They are easy to swallow and offer no after taste or side affects.
